Deposit is refundable when :
- Cupcake tier is returned to shop at 190 Clemenceau Ave within 3 days of event.
- Cupcake tier is in good, workable, non-damaged, and in clean condition.
- If candles are needed, please placed on the top tier to prevent the flame from damaging and burnt the bottom of the upper tier.
