Posted on Friday, January 28, 2011 - 12:07 pm:        Hi amorebakery my family and i super love your pineapple bar & flossy tart. Pineapple is just right not too sweet and not too sour. The tart melts in the mouth. Its not too dry and i like it very much this way. The flossy tart is very unique. somehow feels like eating pork floss bun but in a "cookie" form. I will order them again after CNY to satisfy my cravings.. hehehhe

e reason y i ordered frm u is bcos of the gd ingriedients u use & best of all NO preservatives.

he cake turns out really nice buttery taste & i can tell u used SCS butter. haha!!

the lemon adds a very nice aroma taste & smell. most of the butter cake makes me sick aft eatin 1pc

ut ur lemon butter cake made me crave 4 more. thumbs up 4 Amore bakery
