Baking has been my passion since young.... Loving chocolate but always not able to get the soft type of Brownies, I spent 6 months getting the right recipe on many occasions playing with flour and chocolate =)
Finally I got the right texture I loved, the moist and soft yet chocolatey Brownies.
Naming it as: Gennie's Fudgy Chocolatey Brownies. =)
After I had my first child, I started creating different recipes with no preservatives, low sugar and low butter as home baked food are always the healthier one.
Cookies pack are a hit giving to little friends of my son, friends ordered them for church services and events,
and preggies love it with the lemon flavour! You just cant stop!
Finally after two years, a little dream of mine came true. .
Amore Bakery is now residing at Singapore Shopping Centre =)
